Returns Policy
We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want your money back. Don't worry, as long as an item is still in its original condition, we accept returns, subject to the rules below.
Kuwait Returns Policy
We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery due to our limited quantities. All returns are free of charge. Kindly fill the returns form enclosed in the box and allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
If you request a refund for an item within 48 hours of delivery but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after 48 hours. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
International Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please note that the customer is responsible for the charges of the returned item. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
